Best Workplace Practices

As an employee within the Veterans Administration, it is an expectation that the workforce is dynamic and Diverse to best meet the needs of our nation’s veterans. By Executive Order ________ it is also expected that all federal employees be treated with dignity and respect and not be exposed to work environments that make them feel unwelcome. To achieve this directive Directors, Managers and staff all need to engage in best practices to create an inclusive, welcoming and diverse workplace.
